Booking, cancellation and privacy policies of Hostal Las Flores.
Booking
- Online bookings are registered as "pending confirmation" and are confirmed by the hostel once payment is verified, or on arrival if you chose to pay at the hostel.
- Rates are per room per night, in Peruvian soles (S/), taxes included.
- The main guest must be of legal age. Please show your ID or passport at check-in.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 12:00 and check-out until 12:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may have an additional charge. Please contact us in advance.
Cancellations and changes
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the arrival date. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email with your booking code.
- If you do not arrive on the booked date without notice (no-show), the booking may be cancelled and the room released.
- Refunds of prepaid amounts are made through the same payment method within a reasonable time.
Payments
- Accepted methods are shown when booking (cash at the hostel, bank transfer or digital wallets when available).
- For transfers and wallets, send the receipt with your booking code so we can confirm your booking.
Privacy and personal data
- We use the data you provide (name, ID, contact details) only to manage your booking, your registration as a guest and to contact you about your stay, in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except when required by law (e.g. guest registration with the authorities).
